Authorised Financial Adviser (AFA)

I have lived in the Eastern Bay of Plenty most of my life. My working career has mainly been banking, ranging from teller to Bank Manager for two branches of local banks through the 1980's. In the 1990's I specialised into Personal Financial Planning with one of the banks and continued this career until I purchased an investment franchise in the early 1990's.

Whilst investment advising can be exciting at times with turbulent markets, both exhilarating and worrying, I enjoy dealing with clients and helping them through the complexities of investing.  In provide a needs based financial planning service which allows clients to be comfortable through all investment markets.

I have experience over twenty years completing Family Trusts and Estate administration and can help clients in most aspects of their personal life.

My business has been successful in the Eastern Bay of Plenty and Gisborne, and in late 2010 I decided to leave the franchised business system and set up on my own.

Key Financial Solutions has been established for more than seven years, and that gives me 27 years in the financial planning and finance industry.

I have worked for Rae since 2002 starting as the office junior. I have completed my Graduate Diploma in Business Studies (Personal Financial Planning) and in February 2018 I became an Authorised Financial Adviser.

I have experience with Investment, Tax, Trusts and Insurance so no question is ever too difficult! No day is ever the same with a variety of testing tasks often required of me. I enjoy the client contact and constant changes within the industry as they keep me challenged.

Anne joined our office in February 2021, Anne helps with all of the essential tasks in our office and is efficient in Xero and completing tax returns.
